How i started was by following all the rules and i didnt come out like the picture i think i messed up on the galaxy because it is suppose to be wider. the rest of it was easy because all you had to do was get the brush and select the star shape and pick the colors of it and that was it |

| in this tutorial all i had to do was basically the same steps as the 60s picture. i just had to add noise and adjust it a bit so that it could come looking as if there was rain. you can kind of see the noise but it was at the beginning of the year |

| this is a tutorial from photoshoplady site and i chose this one because it looked cool, like how there is blue lighting and at the top it is red. and it was not even hard at all it was very simple all you needed to do was go to filter>render> and choose clouds and then change color to blue and make a new layer then make the top or bottom whatever color youd like |

The steps include that you have to change the to grayscale. Then add Gaussian blur to make it blurry. After that you have to add noise. And there you go you have a old picture |
